Pathological and Molecular Features of Nodal Peripheral T-Cell Lymphomas

open access: yesDiagnostics, 2022
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are uncommon neoplasms derived from mature T cells or NK cells. PTCLs comprise numerous disease entities, with over 30 distinct entities listed in the latest WHO classification.

Endoscopic Visualization of a Jejuno‐Colonic Fistula in a Case of Monomorphic Epitheliotropic Intestinal T‐Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesDEN Open, Volume 7, Issue 1, April 2027.
Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T‐cell lymphoma (MEITL) rarely presents with gastrointestinal fistula formation. A rare case of MEITL is identified in an elderly woman with marked weight loss and hypoalbuminemia, in whom a jejunocolic fistula is directly visualized endoscopically.

Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma NOS: Current Management and Emerging Therapeutic Strategies

open access: yesLymphatics
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are a heterogeneous group of lymphoproliferative disorders arising from mature T-cells and account for approximately 10% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas.

Circulating PD‐1 (+) cells may participate in immune evasion in peripheral T‐cell lymphoma and chidamide enhance antitumor activity of PD‐1 (+) cells

open access: yesCancer Medicine, 2019
Peripheral T‐cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a heterogeneous disease with poor outcomes. We intend to explore the role of circulating PD‐1 (+) cells in tumor immune evasion in PTCL patients and the mechanism of chidamide as a regulator of immune‐associated ...

Autologous, allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation and CAR-T/NK therapy: what is their real importance in PTCL?

open access: yesFrontiers in Oncology, 2023
Peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare and aggressive type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma that affects mature T cells. This type of cancer is characterized by the abnormal growth of T cells, which can accumulate in the lymph nodes, spleen, bone marrow ...

Formation of Catalytically Active Nanoparticles under Thermolysis of Silver Chloroplatinate(II) and Chloroplatinate(IV)

open access: yesMolecules, 2022
The thermal behaviour of Ag2[PtCl4] and Ag2[PtCl6] complex salts in inert and reducing atmospheres has been studied. The thermolysis of compounds in a helium atmosphere is shown to occur in two stages.

Generation of CCR4/CD7 Bispecific CAR‐T Cells Resistant to Fratricide and Exhaustion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 35, 24 June 2026.
The applications of CAR T‐cell therapy in T‐cell malignancies face limitations such as fratricide, effector‐cell exhaustion, and antigen‐escape. Herein, we developed fratricide‐ and exhaustion‐resistant CAR‐T cells that targeted CCR4 and CD7 simultaneously, with optional EGFRt safety switch. Additionally, scRNA‐seq unveiled new molecular targets, which

Application patterns and outcomes of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients: a multicenter real-world study in China

open access: yesExperimental Hematology & Oncology
The optimal timing and type of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for treating peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) remain controversial. This retrospective real-world study investigated the application pattern and outcomes of HSCT in China. The

Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma of the Submandibular Salivary Gland as an Unusual Manifestation of Richter’s Syndrome: A Case Report and Literature Review

open access: yesCase Reports in Hematology, 2017
Richter’s syndrome is the development of high-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) or Hodgkin lymphoma in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).

New Insights Into the Role of Neutrophils in Lymphoma

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 6, June 2026.
Tissue‐resident neutrophils challenge conventional paradigms by actively infiltrating normal lymphoid organs, predominantly localizing in interstitial compartments, a spatial distribution distinct from their classical vascular positioning. Neutrophils in lymphoid organs exhibit unique phenotypic and functional signatures, suggesting they play roles in ...
