Produksi, isolasi dan karakterisasi enzim dekstranase dari Arthrobacter sp. B7

open access: yesJournal of Biological Researches, 2012
Dextranase enzyme has been purified and characterized from Arthrobacter sp. B7. This enzyme was purified from the culture supernatant of Arthrobacter sp. B7 by procedure of native PAGE. The molecular size of the enzyme was estimated 72,5 kDa by SDSPAGE.

The rs216009 single-nucleotide polymorphism of the gene is associated with phantom tooth pain

open access: yesMolecular Pain, 2023
Phantom tooth pain (PTP) is a rare and specific neuropathic pain that occurs after pulpectomy and tooth extraction, but its cause is not understood. We hypothesized that there is a genetic contribution to PTP.

Exploring protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTP) and PTP-1B inhibitors in management of diabetes mellitus

open access: yesBiomedicine & Pharmacotherapy, 2022
Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D) is a metabolic disorder that knows no boundaries and is spread across the globe. It is one of the most widely spread metabolic disorder, which has now been described as a 'lifestyle' disease. According to the recent study conducted by International Diabetes Federation, the number of diabetic patients will rise from 463 ...

Single-nucleotide polymorphisms of the SLC17A9 and P2RY12 genes are significantly associated with phantom tooth pain

open access: yesMolecular Pain, 2022
Phantom tooth pain (PTP) is a rare and specific neuropathic pain that occurs after pulpectomy and tooth extraction, but its cause is not understood. We hypothesized that there is a genetic contribution to PTP.

Munc18-1 is a dynamically regulated PKC target during short-term enhancement of transmitter release

open access: yeseLife, 2014
Transmitter release at synapses is regulated by preceding neuronal activity, which can give rise to short-term enhancement of release like post-tetanic potentiation (PTP).

Identification and expression of the family of classical protein-tyrosine phosphatases in zebrafish. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2010
Protein-tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) have an important role in cell survival, differentiation, proliferation, migration and other cellular processes in conjunction with protein-tyrosine kinases. Still relatively little is known about the function of PTPs

Performance of the American Heart Association/American College of Cardiology Guideline‐Recommended Pretest Probability Model for the Diagnosis of Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease

open access: yesJournal of the American Heart Association: Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease, 2022
Background Substantial differences exist between different guideline‐recommended pretest probability (PTP) models for the detection of obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD). This study was performed to study the performance of the 2021 American Heart

Mitochondria‐Targeting Moieties Based on N‐Tethered Pyridinium Cations

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Pyridinium cations were benchmarked as mitochondria‐targeting moieties in a panel of N‐tethered fluorescent‐, bioactive‐, and inert‐cargo conjugates. 3,5‐Diphenylpyridinium (DPPy+) is a competent triphenylphosphonium (TPP+) surrogate, combining high mitochondria‐targeting efficiency with lower intrinsic effects on mitochondrial function.

Cloning and expression of Antheraea pernyi nucleopolyhedrovirus ptp-2 gene

open access: yes浙江大学学报. 农业与生命科学版, 2007
To elucidate Antheraea pernyi nucleopolyhedrovirus (ApNPV) ptp-2 gene characters, ApNPV ptp-2 gene was cloned using primers based on the sequence of ApNPV PstI-C fragment and then sub-cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pQE-30 to construct ...
