Ex‐spRandom is a spatial transcriptomics platform that synergizes random‐primed chemistry with iterative hydrogel expansion. By physically decrowding the dense FFPE matrix, this scalable technology shatters the traditional resolution‐sensitivity barrier.

WTAP Transcriptional Suppression by KLF9 Drives Osteoclastogenesis via M6A‐Mediated Regulation of CSF1R Signaling in Estrogen‐Deficient Osteoporosis

WTAP‐mediated m6A modification of Csf1r mRNA governs osteoclastogenesis via a YTHDF2‐mediated pathway. Pathological upregulation of KLF9 drives Wtap transcription, leading to increased m6A deposition on the 3’‐UTR of Csf1r mRNA.

Switching Spike Plasticity Shapes ACE2 Engagement Across SARS‐CoV‐2 Variants

Conformational plasticity governs SARS‐CoV‐2 spike function and ACE2 recognition. Using high‐speed AFM and single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we analyzed the ancestral spike and nine variants, revealing progressive rigidification from Delta, variable plasticity in Omicron sublineages, and JN.1 compaction.
