Using peripheral blood for determining B‐cell or T‐cell clonality is more reliable when we use cell‐free RNA (cfRNA) because cells release blood significantly more RNA than DNA. Next‐generation sequencing (NGS) of cfRNA allows us to evaluate fragment cfRNA and evaluate clonality reliably without the need for prior determination of the specific dominant

BCG vaccination potentiates oxidative phosphorylation in neonatal myeloid‐derived suppressor cells
BCG vaccination enhances oxidative phosphorylation in neonatal MDSCs, impairing their immunosuppressive function. It upregulates electron transport chain genes and mitochondrial activity, increasing ATP and oxygen consumption. Pharmacological OXPHOS inhibition partially restores suppressive capacity, confirming causality.

Human ABCE1 cannot functionally replace its yeast ortholog. Yeast–human chimera analysis identified NBD1 as a major interspecies barrier. Genetic screening yielded hABCE1 revertants that rescue yeast viability but fail to suppress aberrant translation reinitiation in the 3′ UTR.

Publisher mobility in distributed publish/subscribe systems
The decoupling of producers and consumers in the publish/subscribe paradigm lends itself well to the support of mobile users who roam about the environment with intermittent network connectivity.

This prospective study demonstrates that laparoscopic sphincter‐preserving surgery is feasible for elderly patients. While overall survival reaches 70% at 5 years, advanced T‐stage and the omission of neoadjuvant therapy significantly drive recurrence, highlighting the need for personalized geriatric protocols despite logistical challenges.

Abstract Efficient Matching for State-Persistent Publish/Subscribe Systems
Content-based publish/subscribe systems allow information dissemination and fine-grained information filtering in loosely coupled distributed systems. Stateless publish/subscribe systems send notifications to all subscribers whose subscriptions match an ...

Cancer treatment is associated with measurable acceleration of biological aging across epigenetic, telomere, senescence, and immune biomarkers. However, biomarker validation and interventional strategies remain limited, especially in hematologic malignancies, underscoring the need for standardized multi‐omic aging assessments and adequately powered ...

Elevated Connectivity During Language Processing Is Associated With Cognitive Performance in SeLECTS
ABSTRACT Objective Self‐Limited Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes (SeLECTS) is associated with language impairments despite seizures originating in the motor cortex, suggesting aberrant cross‐network interactions. Here we tested whether functional connectivity in SeLECTS during language tasks predicts language performance.

SPG4 and Dementia: Expanding the Clinical Spectrum
ABSTRACT Objective Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a group of disorders characterized by progressive spasticity and lower limb weakness, with mutations in SPG4/SPAST being the most common cause. Detailed studies and clinical and molecular comparisons across different populations are missing.

A Formalisation of Message-Complete Publish/Subscribe Systems
The publish/subscribe paradigm enables the asynchronous exchange of notifications in distributed systems. In the past, research in this area has concentrated on informal analyses and systems offering best-effort functionality. However with the increasing
