Over a period of 12 years, two cases of pulmonary arterial aneurysms were encountered in our autopsy data of 13 cases of congenital heart defects with right-sided infective endocarditis. Pulmonary arterial aneurysms are rare lesions and may be categorized as central or peripheral.
