OP occurred in 23.6% of patients, reaffirming its clinical prevalence. LAT did not significantly prolong OS in OP patients, though trends suggested benefit in LPFS and OP‐OS. Repeat OP occurred in 45%, potentially indicating a more indolent, favorable prognosis subgroup.
