2021Supravalvar pulmonary stenosis can occur at any level along main pulmonary artery and its branches. It is commonly associated with other CHDs and or syndromes such congenital rubella, Alagille, Noonan, Ehlers-Danlos and Williams. Physiologic peripheral pulmonic stenosis may be present in neonatal period.
