Pulmonary Vein Stenting for Atrial Fibrillation Ablation–Induced Pulmonary Vein Stenosis
Interventional Cardiology Clinics, 2013Pulmonary vein stenosis (PVS) is a known complication of pulmonary vein isolation in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Patients with PVS can present with a great variety of symptoms. Clinicians should have a low threshold to evaluate for this potentially morbid and treatable condition.

The pulmonary veins in mitral stenosis
Journal of the Faculty of Radiologists, 1958Summary Engorgement of the upper lobe veins and narrowing of lower lobe veins are demonstrated in patients with mitral stenosis. Grading of engorgement of the upper lobe veins is discussed, and its h˦modynamic significance is investigated. The radiological observations are explained by a new hypothesis.
