ABSTRACT Purpose To assess correlation, agreement and diagnostic accuracy of a new tablet‐based 24‐degree, 52‐point online circular contrast perimetry application (OCCP), compared to computer‐based OCCP and standard automated perimetry (SAP). Methods Seventy‐five participants (26 controls, 49 glaucomatous) were tested via SAP using Humphrey field ...

Probing the composition of sub-millisecond rotating compact stars by r-modes instability
We investigate the implications of the r-modes instability on the composition of a compact star rotating at a sub-millisecond period. In particular, the only viable astrophysical scenario for such an object, wich might present inside the Low Mass X-ray ...

AB INITIO PULSAR MAGNETOSPHERE: THE ROLE OF GENERAL RELATIVITY [PDF]
It has recently been demonstrated that self-consistent particle-in-cell simulations of low-obliquity pulsar magnetospheres in flat spacetime show weak particle acceleration and no pair production near the poles. We investigate the validity of this conclusion in a more realistic spacetime geometry via general-relativistic particle-in-cell simulations of

ABSTRACT Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in India is a substantial yet under‐recognized contributor to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Its progressive course, nonspecific early manifestations, and heterogeneous aetiologies often lead to delayed diagnosis and fragmented care.

ABSTRACT Sotatercept has recently expanded treatment options for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), but its mental health and quality‐of‐life impact is not well characterized. We assessed psychiatric diagnoses and patient‐reported outcomes in PAH patients treated with sotatercept within the clinical trial program.

The Pointing Error Due To Laser Propagation in Space Plasma for TianQin Gravitational Wave Detection
Abstract TianQin, a space‐borne gravitational wave observatory, is designed to detect gravitational‐wave signals via laser interferometry. As the inhomogeneous space plasma surrounds the inter‐satellite laser links, the propagation of the laser in space plasma can introduce pointing error noise.

Binary pulsars and tests of general relativity [PDF]
AbstractBinary pulsars are a valuable laboratory for gravitational experiments. Double-neutron-star systems such as the double pulsar provide the most stringent tests of strong-field gravity available to date, while pulsars with white-dwarf companions constrain departures from general relativity based on the difference in gravitational binding energies
