First‐Trimester Crown‐Rump Length and Large for Gestational Age Newborns: What Correlation?
Our research found for the first time that uneventful pregnancies with LGA neonates are characterized by larger than expected CRL at the first trimester. CRL is one of the new markers that can be used to early identify fetuses at risk of increased fetal growth.

Acute Effects of Smoking and Vaping on Markers of Vascular Function via Quantitative MRI
ABSTRACT Background E‐cigarettes contribute to endothelial dysfunction, a known cause of systemic atherosclerotic disease that cannot be adequately characterized by a single physiological parameter measured at a single vascular bed. Purpose/Hypothesis Quantify and compare acute effects of smoking or vaping with tobacco cigarettes (t‐cigs), nicotinized ...

Clustering of Cerebral Microbleeds in Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy: A Flow Territory‐Based Analysis
ABSTRACT Background Cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) are a key imaging marker of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA), but their individual spatial distribution and potential clustering remain poorly understood. Purpose This study assessed whether CMBs exhibit patient‐specific, flow territory‐based clustering in sporadic (sCAA) and Dutch‐type hereditary CAA (D‐

Clinical evaluation of blood flow in femoral head necrosis using color doppler ultrasound
This study aims to utilize Color Doppler Ultrasound to collect blood flow parameters of the medial circumflex femoral artery and explore the changes in blood flow in osteonecrosis of the femoral head, providing objective indicators for clinical ...

Objectives Three‐dimensional ultrasound (3D US) is emerging as a novel imaging method for abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) as it creates a low‐cost 3D AAA overview without harmful radiation and nephrotoxic contrast agents, as opposed to conventional imaging. 3D US can be used with a non‐nephrotoxic contrast agent (3D‐CEUS) for lumen delineation.

Flow 2.0: A Standardized Toolbox for Real‐Time Phase‐Contrast MRI of Neurofluid Dynamics
ABSTRACT Purpose Real‐time phase‐contrast MRI (RT‐PC) enables continuous quantification of physiological flow dynamics across multiple temporal frequencies, but its broader application is limited by complex and fragmented post‐processing workflows.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the median effective volume (EV50) of 0.2% ropivacaine for ultrasound‐guided axillary brachial plexus block (ABPB) in children aged 6–10 years, using the Dixon up‐and‐down method. The EV50 was 0.350 mL/kg (95% CI: 0.197–0.362 mL/kg), calculated by isotonic regression and bootstrapping.
