Bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical in plastics, exerts dual effects on bladder cancer cells: low doses promote growth and migration, while high doses suppress growth and migration. Multi‐omics and bioinformatics reveal BPA acts via MAPK and inflammatory pathways.

Ultrafast photoelectron spectroscopy of solutions: space-charge effect
The method of time-resolved XUV photoelectron spectroscopy is applied in a pump–probe experiment on a liquid micro-jet. We investigate how the XUV energy spectra of photoelectrons are influenced by the space charge created due to ionization of the liquid

This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.

Design and develop an optical setup related to the pump-probe technique for spectroscopic study
In this research, an optical system using Pump-Probe technology was designed to study the effect of changing the Frequency values, integration time, delay time, and laser pulse width on the pumping pulse energy on an arbitrary laser dye material with an

Intercompartmental communication in senescence
Senescent cells experience structural changes in the plasma membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, lysosomes, nucleus, and cytoskeleton. These alterations disrupt crosstalk among cellular compartments, impairing vesicular trafficking, contact sites, and molecular flow.

Ultrafast response of photoexcited carriers in VO2 at high-pressure
We utilize near-infrared pump—mid-infrared probe spectroscopy to investigate the ultrafast electronic response of pressurized VO _2 . A clear anomaly in the linear mid-infrared response as well as in the fluence dependence of the pump–probe signal is ...

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.

The MRP4 transporter exports several drugs and signaling molecules. Here, we identified key promoter elements regulating basal MRP4 expression. Using reporter assays, we defined a conserved region with essential Sp1 and contributory Ets sites, which controlled basal MRP4 expression.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
