Learning in radiation oncology: 12‐month experience with a new incident learning system
Journal of Medical Radiation Sciences, Volume 72, Issue 1, Page 63-73, March 2025.Introduction of an incident learning incident (ILS) was shown to have had a positive impact on reporting and safety culture within a local health district (LHD). Survey findings correlate with existing literature that ILSs are effective tools for improving patient safety and departmental safety facilitating quality improvement.
