Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

RD-flatness and RD-injectivity
It is proved that every commutative ring whose RD-injective modules are $\Sigma$-RD-injective is the product of a pure semi-simple ring and a finite ring.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

On the grade of modules over Noetherian rings
Let $\Lambda$ be a left and right noetherian ring and $\mod \Lambda$ the category of finitely generated left $\Lambda$-modules. In this paper we show the following results: (1) For a positive integer $k$, the condition that the subcategory of $\mod ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Modules with irrational slope over tubular algebras
Let $A$ be a tubular algebra and let $r$ be a positive irrational. Let ${\mathcal D}_r$ be the definable subcategory of $A$-modules of slope $r$. Then the width of the lattice of pp formulas for ${\mathcal D}_r$ is $\infty$.

Indecomposable Decompositions of Finitely Presented Pure-Injective Modules
This is a well-written paper which presents interesting criteria for a finitely presented pure-injective module to have a decomposition into indecomposable summands. A module \(M\) is called pure-injective (or algebraically compact) if it has the injectivity property with respect to all pure exact sequences, and \(M\) is called completely pure ...

Dapagliflozin prevents methylglyoxal‐induced retinal cell death in ARPE‐19 cells
Diabetic macular oedema is a diabetes complication of the eye, which may lead to permanent blindness. ARPE‐19 are human retinal cells used to study retinal diseases and potential therapeutics. Methylglyoxal is a compound increased in uncontrolled diabetes due to elevated blood glucose.

Right orthogonal class of pure projective modules over pure hereditary rings
Let $\mathcal{W}$ be the class of all pure projective modules. In this article, $\mathcal{W}$-injective modules is defined via the vanishing of cohomology of pure projective modules.
