The whole‐body biodistribution study, by using the labeled [18F]2a derivative, proved that 2,3,4,5‐tetrahydroazepino[4,3‐b]indole‐1(2H)‐one (THAI) crosses the blood–brain barrier, and underwent a rapid and high brain uptake.
