Enabling Long Term, Shelf‐Stable Perovskite Solar Cells: Alumina Barriers to Protect Perovskite Devices from Moisture and Oxygen

This study reports a packaging strategy for perovskite photovoltaic devices using atomic layer deposition (ALD) of aluminum oxide.
