Conceptual overview of the study design and physiological rationale underlying programmable electrogram fractionation mapping during ablation. In the primary AF cohort, 27 predefined combinations of signal width, refractory period, and roving sensitivity were systematically evaluated across 870 ablation sites during PVI to identify electrogram ...

In patients undergoing first‐time pulmonary vein isolation for atrial fibrillation, pulsed field ablation was associated with lower arrhythmia recurrence and reduced transient phrenic nerve palsy compared with thermal ablation. Durable pulmonary vein isolation and most safety outcomes were similar between treatment strategies.

Leaf age influences metabolomic profiling but not bioactivity of Eucalyptus globulus essential oils. Leaf age affects volatile levels of young and adult E. globulus oils, but not their bioactivity. Young leaf essential oil had higher contents of α‐ and β‐pinene. AEEO had higher levels of 1,8‐cineole and trans‐pinocarveol.

Industrial wastewater was treated using a membrane bioreactor (MBR) and applied to safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) under drip irrigation conditions with four different irrigation strategies. The agronomic performance, water use efficiency (WUE), and soil salinity dynamics were evaluated to assess the feasibility of reuse of treated wastewater as an
