However, most of the studies use only single polymer to fabricate nanofibers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to fabricate PVA and PVA/Chitosan nanofiber scaffold for potential tissue engineering applications. The nanofrous scaffold was produced via electrospinning.

Then, they were dehydrated by heating from 80°C to 230 or 330°C in hydrogen chloride gas.
