Crystallinity of PVA Component of PVA-PVC Graft Polymer
の水溶液中で過硫酸カリを触媒としてPVCを重合する際に, 一部得られるPVA-PVCグラフトポリマーについてPVA成分の結晶性を広角X線回折により検討した。PVA成分の結晶性は比較的高いが結晶回折ピークの半価幅は著しく拡大している。これはPVA成分の結晶が枝ポリマーであるPVCの存在によって不完全な, パラクリスタリン状態で存在することを示すものと考えられる。結晶化度は成分分率でほぼ決まりグラフト率の大きいものほど低い値を示す。結晶回折ピークの半価幅は枝ポリマーの数に影響される。高温での熱処理による結晶化度の変化は, ブレンドおよびホモPVAと異なった傾向を示す。

Powder optimization is investigated to enable binder jetting of BaTiO3 and Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 ferroelectric ceramics. The antagonistic relationship between flowability and binder compatibility is addressed through binder impregnation of granulated powders and fumed silica addition to fine powders.
