Solid-gap resonators based on PVDF-TrFE
High frequency wine-glass mode bulk MEMS resonators actuated by means of capacitive transduction have been fabricated by using solid-gaps based on polyvinylidenefluoride-trifluoroethylene (PVDF-TrFE). The fabrication process flow of patterned PVDF-TrFE gaps applied in RF MEMS is presented for the first time.

AbstractThis study investigates the effect of ZnO nanofillers loading ratios on Polyvinylideneflouride-Triflouroethylene/Zinc Oxide (PVDF-TrFE/ZnO) nanocomposites thin films; filled single layer and bilayer film. Both films were produced using a spin coater with ZnO nanofillers of weight percentages 1, 3, 5 and 7%.

Fabrication of PVDF-TrFE based bilayered PbTiO3/PVDF-TrFE films capacitor
Development of high performance capacitor is reaching towards new generation where the ferroelectric materials take places as the active dielectric layer. The motivation of this study is to produce high capacitance device with long life cycle. This was configured by preparing bilayered films where lead titanate as an active dielectric layer and stacked

Investigation of PVDF-TrFE composite with nanofillers for sensitivity improvement
Sensors and Actuators A: Physical, 2016Abstract Polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene (PVDF-TrFE) is a good candidate for wearable tactile sensing application, owing to its flexibility and easy processing. In this paper, we studied the effect of mixing silver nano-fillers with different morphologies into PVDF-TrFE to improve the extent of β phase crystallization and the piezoelectric ...

1T Memory Cell Based on PVDF-TrFE Field Effect Transistor
ABSTRACTInterest in PVDF-TrFE copolymers as ferroelectric material for Memory application is driven by the prospect of having low cost, low operating voltage and fully organic device. Some previous studies reported FET designs using copolymers [refs 1,2] but none of these structures were fully integrated on silicon wafers and using a MOSFET fabrication
