MAFF Suppresses Necroptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via the GATA4‐MLKL Axis

MAFF promotes pancreatic cancer progression by acting as a transcriptional repressor of the GATA4‐MLKL axis, thereby inhibiting necroptotic cell death. This study identifies the MAFF‐GATA4‐MLKL pathway as a novel therapeutic target and a significant prognostic biomarker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Mechanical stiffness orchestrates distinct regulation of MRTFs and YAP/TAZ transcriptional cofactors in hepatocytes

MRTFs and YAP/TAZ proteins, or mechanosensitive transcriptional cofactors (MRTcoF), regulate common genes associated with cellular contractility and immune cell infiltration.
