MAFF Suppresses Necroptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via the GATA4‐MLKL Axis
MAFF promotes pancreatic cancer progression by acting as a transcriptional repressor of the GATA4‐MLKL axis, thereby inhibiting necroptotic cell death. This study identifies the MAFF‐GATA4‐MLKL pathway as a novel therapeutic target and a significant prognostic biomarker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

MRTFs and YAP/TAZ proteins, or mechanosensitive transcriptional cofactors (MRTcoF), regulate common genes associated with cellular contractility and immune cell infiltration. Their differential regulation in response to stiffness is linked to changes in hepatocyte's aspect ratio. MRTFB does not undergo nuclear translocation under these conditions. This

PWM Converter Power Density Barriers
Power density of power electronic converters in different applications has roughly doubled every 10 years since 1970. Behind this trajectory was the continuous advancement of power semiconductor device technology allowing an increase of converter switching frequencies by a factor of 10 every decade.

Abstract Numerical experimentation using an atmospheric configuration of the Goddard Earth Observing System (GEOS) Earth System Model is used to examine the vertical structure of the simulated Quasi‐Biennial Oscillation (QBO). Using an improved representation of the parameterized gravity wave spectrum, it is demonstrated that with sufficient vertical ...

Abstract Grassroots organisations (GOs) often emerge spontaneously in disaster contexts to fill gaps left by formal authorities, changing their structures and functions to meet evolving community needs. While prior research documents these transformations, it offers limited insight into why they occur and what they mean for disaster recovery.
