A method for the simultaneous determination of pyridoxine hydrochloride and meclizine hydrochloride in Vominore tablets using HPLC is described. The mobile phase consisted of dodecyl sulphate sodium salt dissolved in a mixture of water, acetonitrile, methanol, glacial acetic acid and tetrahydrofuran.

Reversal of the toxicity of hydrazine analogues by pyridoxine hydrochloride
Toxicology, 1977Single subcutaneous injections of each of five substituted hydrazines were given alone and jointly with pyridoxine hydrochloride (PH) to Swiss mice. The convulsive, toxic, and lethal effects of four compounds--methylhydrazine (MH), ethylhydrazine hydrochloride (EH), n-butylhydrazine hydrochloride (BH), and beta-N-[gamma-L(+)-glutamyl]-4 ...

The equilibrium characteristics of pyridoxine hydrochloride sorption on clinoptilolite
Colloid Journal, 2016Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) sorption by clinoptilolite from aqueous solutions has been studied at 283, 295, and 317 K. Enhancement of the sorption with decreasing temperature has been found. Isotherm of pyridoxine hydrochloride adsorption from dilute solutions may be described by the Langmuir theory.

Surfactant and Temperature Effects in Tyrosine/Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Systems
Journal of Surfactants and Detergents, 2016AbstractThe fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) from tyrosine to pyridoxine hydrochloride in different surfactant solutions and in deionized water has been investigated by using a fluorescence spectroscopic technique. The Stern–Volmer quenching constant, the distance between donor (tyrosine) and acceptor (pyridoxine hydrochloride), and the ...

TREATMENT OF PARALYSIS AGITANS WITH VITAMIN B6 (PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE)
JAMA: The Journal of the American Medical Association, 1941Pyridoxine hydrochloride, or the vitamin B 6 fraction of the vitamin B complex, was first discovered by Gyorgy 1 in 1935 and was first prepared synthetically in 1939 by Harris and Folkers. 2 It consists of 2-methyl-3 hydroxy-4, 5-dihydroxy-methyl-pyridine.
