This review examines high‐entropy perovskites (HEPs) as a promising catalyst platform for energy and environmental applications. The focus is on configurational entropy engineering, design and synthesis, and computational understanding. These materials possess tunable active sites, enhanced stability, and improved electronic interactions, leading to ...

Insights on Lightning‐Induced Remanent Magnetization From High‐Current Impulse Experiments
Abstract Lightning strikes generate intense transient magnetic fields capable of inducing strong and complex remanent magnetizations in rocks, potentially overprinting their original paleomagnetic record. To investigate the mechanisms and outcomes of lightning‐induced remanent magnetization, we conducted controlled high‐current impulse experiments on ...

Weyl magnons in breathing pyrochlore antiferromagnets [PDF]
AbstractFrustrated quantum magnets not only provide exotic ground states and unusual magnetic structures, but also support unconventional excitations in many cases. Using a physically relevant spin model for a breathing pyrochlore lattice, we discuss the presence of topological linear band crossings of magnons in antiferromagnets.

Bionic Coulomb phase on the pyrochlore lattice [PDF]
A class of three dimensional classical lattice systems with macroscopic ground state degeneracies, most famously the spin ice system, are known to exhibit "Coulomb" phases wherein long wavelength correlations within the ground state manifold are described by an emergent Maxwell electrodynamics. We discuss a new example of this phenomenon-the four state

NEXAFS and XPS Studies of Co Doped Bismuth Magnesium Tantalate Pyrochlores
Co doped bismuth magnesium tantalate with a pyrochlore structure (sp. gr. Fd-3m) was synthesized for the first time using the standard ceramic method. Single phase Bi2Mg1−xCoxTa2O9 samples were found to be formed when x < 0.7 in the X-ray phase analysis.

ABSTRACT Electrocatalytic water splitting remains a cornerstone strategy for sustainable hydrogen production; however, its overall efficiency is restricted by the sluggish oxygen evolution reaction. Metal oxides have emerged as highly promising catalysts owing to their adaptable electronic structures, high chemical stability, and abundant redox‐active ...
