Potentiometric determination of L-glutamic and pyruvic acids via enzymatic decarboxylation
Bioelectrochemistry and Bioenergetics, 1976Abstract A potentiometric method, for the determination of L -glutamic acid via enzymatic decarboxylation, was reported previously. In this method, a CO 2 -electrode is used for the measurement of carbon dioxide released from the decarboxylation of glutamic acid.
