Dual‐Interface Engineering of the Source Electrode to Overcome the Intrinsic Injection‐Leakage Trade‐Off in Organic Schottky Barrier Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A charge injection layer is introduced via RIE to decouple the dual functions of the source electrode: lowering contact resistance through doping to enhance charge injection, while SAM modification on the top surface minimizes leakage current. This strategy enables OSBTs to achieve a high on/off ratio with improved stability and performance.

q-Genocchi Numbers and Polynomials Associated with q-Genocchi-Type l-Functions

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2008
The main purpose of this paper is to study on generating functions of the q-Genocchi numbers and polynomials. We prove new relation for the generalized q-Genocchi numbers which is related to the q-Genocchi numbers and q-Bernoulli numbers.

Properly even harmonious labelings of disconnected graphs

open access: yesAKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics, 2015
A graph G with q edges is said to be harmonious if there is an injection f from the vertices of G to the group of integers modulo q such that when each edge xy is assigned the label f(x)+f(y)(modq), the resulting edge labels are distinct. If G is a tree,

A novel approach to find partitions of $ Z_{m} $ with equal sum subsets via complete graphs

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2021
In mathematics and computer sciences, the partitioning of a set into two or more disjoint subsets of equal sums is a well-known NP-complete problem, also referred to as partition problem.

A new type Bernstein polynomials depend on (p, q)-integers

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 2018
The aim of this paper is to give a new type Bernstein polynomials which are different from the (p, q)-Bernstein polynomials of Mursaleen et.al.[6] based on (p, q)-integers. Also, we derived some properties and results such as generating function, symmetry property and recurrence relations. The aim of this paper is to give a new type Bernstein ...

Encoding Magnetic Anisotropies in Digital Light Processing 3D Printing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A hybrid magnetic device—combining a coaxial coil within a nested Halbach array—is presented, integrated into a DLP 3D printer to enable spatially resolved magnetic field control. This system enables complex, multimodal responses by programming liquid crystal elastomer resins for magnetic and thermal actuation, and by inducing electrically conductive ...

A Note on Nörlund-Type Twisted q-Euler Polynomials and Numbers of Higher Order Associated with Fermionic Invariant q-Integrals

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2010
We define multiple Nörlund-type twisted q-Euler polynomials and numbers and give interpolation functions of multiple Nörlund-type twisted q-Euler polynomials at negative integers.

Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence in Phase‐Separated Nanostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A supramolecular, phase‐separation driven strategy yields charge transfer (CT) complexes from alternating electron‐deficient pyromellitic diimide and electron‐rich 4,5‐dibromoveratrole. The resulting CT complexes self‐assemble into lamellar nanosheets with nanometer‐sized domains that exhibit thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) at room ...

Ultrasound‐Triggered Gelation for Restoring Biomechanical Properties of Degenerated Functional Spinal Units

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces an innovative approach to treating intervertebral disc degeneration using ultrasound‐triggered in situ hydrogel formation. Proof‐of‐concept experiments using optimized biomaterial and ultrasound parameters demonstrate partial restoration of biomechanical function and successful integration into degenerated disc tissue, offering a ...

Szasz and Phillips Operators Based on q-Integers

open access: green, 2011
ABSTRACT: In this thesis, q-Szász-Durrmeyer (0 < q < 1) and q-Phillips (q > 0) operators are defined and some properties of these operators are studied. More precisely, local approximation results for continuous functions in terms of modulus of continuity are proved and Voronovskaja type asymptotic results are investigated.
