Peripheral lysosomes recruit PLEKHG3 to focal adhesions and restrain protrusion dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Proximity‐dependent labeling at the LAMTOR complex revealed the Rho GEF PLEKHG3 as a lysosome‐proximal protein directing the study toward the influence of lysosome positioning on actin dynamics and cell motility. We show that PLEKHG3 colocalizes with lysosomes at focal adhesion sites and observe that forced peripheral dispersion of lysosomes hinders ...

Mappings Ideal of Type the Domain of Generalized p,q-Euler Matrix in c0 and c

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2023
We develop new Banach sequence spaces e0a,bp,q and eca,bp,q derived by the domain of generalized p,q-Euler matrix Ea,bp,q in the spaces of null and convergent sequences, respectively.

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

On matrix models and their q-deformations

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
Motivated by the BPS/CFT correspondence, we explore the similarities be- tween the classical β-deformed Hermitean matrix model and the q-deformed matrix models associated to 3d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 supersymmetric gauge theories on D 2 × q S 1 and S b ...

Q-matrix polynomials in several variables

open access: yesFilomat, 2015
In the present paper, we define q-matrix polynomials in several variables which reduces Chan-Chyan-Srivastava and Lagrange-Hermite matrix polynomials in [6]. Then several results involving generating matrix functions for these matrix polynomials are derived.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Visual servoing with deep reinforcement learning for rotor unmanned helicopter

open access: yesInternational Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems, 2022
Visual servoing is a key approach to achieve visual control for the rotor unmanned helicopter. The challenges of the inaccurate matrix estimation and the target loss restrict the performance of the visual servoing control systems.

On the spectral radius and energy of signless Laplacian matrix of digraphs

open access: yesHeliyon, 2022
Let D be a digraph of order n and with a arcs. The signless Laplacian matrix Q(D) of D is defined as Q(D)=Deg(D)+A(D), where A(D) is the adjacency matrix and Deg(D) is the diagonal matrix of vertex out-degrees of D.

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Superintegrability for some (q, t)-deformed matrix models

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
We analyze the Macdonald’s (q, t)-deformed hypergeometric functions with one and two set variables and present their constraints. We prove the uniqueness to the solutions of these constraints.
