MGDP: Mastering a Generalized Depth Perception Model for Quadruped Locomotion
ABSTRACT Perception‐based Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) controllers demonstrate impressive performance on challenging terrains. However, existing controllers still face core limitations, struggling to achieve both terrain generality and platform transferability, and are constrained by high computational overhead and sensitivity to sensor noise.

A 0.69-mW Subsampling NB-IoT Receiver Employing a Linearized
This article presents a receiver for narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) that eliminates the need for an RF local oscillator (LO) via a subsampling architecture. A pseudo-balun Q-boosted LNA provides sharp anti-aliasing filtering with a noise figure (NF) of 5.6 dB ...

(Q)SARs for human toxicological endpoints: a literature search
The goal here was to describe human toxicological SARs (structure-activity relationships) available in the literature and used by the US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). The CSR laboratory investigated implementation of SARs for the effect assessment.

Rigid fixed‐ethylene‐linked PBI membrane stabilizes ion‐transport channels, enabling high ionic conductivity and durable alkaline Zn─Fe flow batteries. ABSTRACT Alkaline zinc–iron redox flow batteries (Zn─Fe FBs) are promising candidates for developing high‐voltage and cost‐effective grid‐scale energy storage systems.

PAIR: Reconstructing Single‐Cell Open‐Chromatin Landscapes for Transcription Factor Regulome Mapping
scATAC‐seq analysis is often constrained by limited sequencing depth, extreme sparsity, and pervasive technical missingness. PAIR is a probabilistic framework that restores scATAC‐seq accessibility profiles by directly modeling the native cell–peak bipartite structure of chromatin accessibility.

Two model molecules — trimesic acid (TMA) and phloroglucinol (PG) — with opposite central electrostatic potential (ESP) distributions are employed to elucidate how molecular electrostatic interactions regulate the cathode interlayer (CIL) PDINN. Electrostatic potential complementarity is revealed as the intrinsic origin of thickness sensitivity in CILs,

Palmitic Acid Promotes Antiviral Innate Immunity via ZDHHC20‐Mediated CMPK2 Palmitoylation
Metabolites have important functions in innate immune activation and regulation. Wang et al. uncover metabolic regulation of antiviral immunity through CMPK2 palmitoylation, which regulates CMPK2 mitochondrial localization and is promoted by ZDHHC20 but reversed by PPT1, inhibition of which antagonizes viral infection in mice.

Secreted Nonstructural Protein 3 is a Pathogenic Determinant of Orbivirus
This study uncovers a conserved PIP2‐dependent secretory pathway of orbivirus NS3 that induces vascular leakage. Pharmacological disruption of PIP2‐NS3 interaction significantly reduces viral pathogenicity and provides protective efficacy in murine models, establishing PIP2‐mediated NS3 secretion as both a key virulence determinant and a promising ...

A novel resistance mechanism is mediated through phagocytosis of cancer cells by AR+ TAMs. This process, dependent on ANXA2, enables macrophages to acquire AR protein from engulfed tumor cells. The internalized AR translocates into the macrophage nucleus, where it binds directly to the IL‐6 promoter, augmenting IL‐6 transcription and secretion ...
