Fungal-Bacterial Dysbiosis in IBD: Microbial Biomarkers of Disease Activity. [PDF]

open access: yesMicrobiologyopen
This study characterizes bacterial, fungal, and viral communities in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis using intestinal and faecal samples. Distinct microbial signatures and inter‐kingdom interactions were identified, with taxa such as Prevotella, Fusobacterium, and Roseburia linked to disease activity.

From super QCD to QCD [PDF]

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 1998
We present a ``toy'' model for breaking supersymmetric gauge theories at the effective Lagrangian level. We show that it is possible to achieve the decoupling of gluinos and squarks, below a given supersymmetry breaking scale m, in the fundamental theory for super QCD once a suitable choice of supersymmetry breaking terms is made.

Application of machine learning to the study of QCD transition in heavy ion collisions

open access: yesHe jishu, 2023
In high-energy heavy ion collisions, quarks and gluons are released from the colliding nucleus to form a new state of nuclear matter called deconfined quark gluon plasma (QGP). To study the transition from normal nuclear matter or hadron resonance gas to

QCD THEORY [PDF]

open access: yesHigh Energy Physics, 2005
Quantum Chromodynamics is an established part of the Standard Model and an essential part of the toolkit for searching for new physics at high-energy colliders. I present a status report on the theory of QCD and review some of the important developments in the past year.

Chiralspin symmetry and confinement

open access: yesSciPost Physics Proceedings, 2022
Interesting lattice QCD simulations at high temperature in QCD and particular truncated studies have shown the emergence of an unexpected group symmetry, so called \textit{chiralspin}.

INFRARED QCD [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Modern Physics E, 2009
We prove that Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model is an exact description of infrared Quantum ChromoDynamics (QCD) deriving it from QCD Lagrangian. The model we obtain is renormalizable and confining but, taking very small momenta fixes completely all the parameters of the Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model through those of QCD.

Critical dynamical fluctuations near the QCD critical point

open access: yesHe jishu, 2023
The exploration of the critical point on the QCD (Quantum Chromodynamics) phase diagram is one of the most important goals of the beam energy scan program in relativistic heavy-ion collisions (RHIC-BES).
