Determination of amines based on their interaction with QDs: Effect of the formation QD-assemblies
Analytica Chimica Acta, 2011Assemblies of closed nanoparticles have focused interest because they exhibit new optical and chemical properties. The use of a 1D covalent strategy for quantum dots-assemblies has been proposed in this work as novelty. It was studied the effect of use different dithiols, including aromatic and aliphatic dithiol compounds, on the formation of QDs ...

Enhancing the photocatalytic properties of PbS QD solids: the ligand exchange approach.
Nanoscale, 2019Surface engineering of nanomaterials is a promising tool towards the design of new materials for conversion of solar energy into chemical energy. In this work, we examine the influence of ligand exchange on the photocatalytic performance of solution ...

Heating Effects of Colloidal ZnO Quantum Dots (QDs) on ZnO QD/CdSe QD/MoOx Photodetectors
IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology, 2017In this paper, the effects of heat treatment of a colloidal ZnO quantum dot (QD) (diameter ∼1.83–2.43 nm) based electron transport layer (ETL) on the performance of ZnO QD/CdSe QD/MoO x /Ag photodetectors (PDs) have been investigated possibly for the first time.

Effects of QD Concentrations and Thermal Annealing on the Performance of Self-Assembly QD-OLEDs
Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, 2011We have fabricated and investigated the effect of CdSe/ZnS quantum dot (QD) concentrations on the performance of self-assembly hybrid inorganic/organic light emitting diodes (QD-OLEDs). The uniform distribution of QDs with controllable density was achieved using the conventional spin-coating method.
