Using QNR index as decision criteria for improving fusion quality

2008 2nd International Conference on Advances in Space Technologies, 2008
Pansharpening is the process of improving spatial resolution of multispectral (MS) satellite images using the spatial details of a high resolution panchromatic (PAN) image. Quality without reference (QNR) index is a tool which can be used to determine the global quality of the fused images without requiring a high resolution reference MS image.

[Characterization of qnr gene for plasmid-mediated quionlone resistance].

Zhonghua liu xing bing xue za zhi = Zhonghua liuxingbingxue zazhi, 2010
To explore the distribution of qnr gene and broad spectrum p-lactamase (ESBLs) gene in gram-negative bacteria which were isolated from our hospital patients.qnr gene in nonrepetitive 129 isolates of Escherichia coli, 10 isolates of Enterobacter cloacac and 29 isolates of K. pneunoniae were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

The Emergence of Qnr-resistance Among Klebsiella pneumoniae spp in Zahedan

Iranian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences
Although quinolone resistance results mostly from chromosomal mutations in Klebsiella pneumoniae, it may also be mediated by plasmid – encoded qnr determinants. Plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance (PMQR) was increasingly identified in Enterobacteriaceae family worldwide. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of qnr genes in clinical

[Presence of qnr genes in ESBL-positive isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae].

Klinicka mikrobiologie a infekcni lekarstvi, 2012
The study aimed at determining the presence of qnr genes in ESBL-positive strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from clinical material obtained from patients hospitalized in several intensive care units in the University Hospital Olomouc. The study comprised 100 ESBL-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from clinical samples obtained from ...

Detection of Quinolone resistance Qnr genes and its association with Extended Spectrum β-lactamase and AmpC β-lactamase genes in Qnr Positive Enterobacteriaceae in Bangladesh.

Mymensingh medical journal : MMJ
This cross-sectional study was conducted to explore quinolone resistant Enterobacteriaceae followed by searching the prevalence of three groups of quinolone resistance genes (QnrA, QnrB and QnrS) from January 2015 to December 2015 at Dhaka Medical College hospital, Bangladesh.
