2016 IEEE Conference on Computer Communications Workshops (INFOCOM WKSHPS), 2016The demonstrated system is an online video streaming service using QUIC protocol as transport. 2016 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM), 2016We propose an app agnostic QoE deduction method that can be used for on-line traffic prioritization.
