NordicDat: A Cross-Border Predictive QoS Dataset
GLOBECOM 2024 - 2024 IEEE Global Communications ConferenceThe advent of 5G and beyond systems is expected to shape the automotive vertical, as safety-critical vehicular applications rely on the network to meet their stringent Quality of Service (QoS) requirements. Predictive QoS (pQoS) has been proposed as a mechanism that allows automotive applications to proactively adapt in view of forthcoming QoS changes.

Model-Based QoS Prediction of Web Services
2012The neighborhood-based QoS prediction approach has several drawbacks, including (1) the computation complexity is too high and (2) it is not easy to find similar users/items when the user-item matrix is very sparse. To address these drawbacks, this chapter proposes a neighborhood-integrated matrix factorization (NIMF) approach for Web service QoS value

Predicting Location-Dependent QoS for Wireless Networks
2005In wireless networks the quality of service (QoS) delivered to an end user will be a complex function of location and time. “QoS Seeker” is a new system which informs a user what location in the wireless network he should move to in order deliver the required QoS for his real-time applications.

Neighborhood-Based QoS Prediction of Web Services
2012To accurately predict the Web service QoS values, this chapter proposes a neighborhood-based collaborative filtering approach for predicting the QoS values for the current user by employing historical Web service QoS data from other similar users. The proposed approach systematically combines the user-based approach and the item-based approach.
