Tailoring π--d$\pi {\text{--}}d$ Magnetic Interactions in Metallated Porphyrin Nanotapes
To understand how π$\pi$‐radicals and d$d$‐electrons interact within molecular nanostructures, we have studied metallated porphyrin nanotapes synthesized on gold surfaces. We reveal element‐specific results: with Fe centers the ferromagnetic π$\pi$‐d$d$ exchange dominates, while with Co centers the metal–metal exchange overpowers the π$\pi$‐d$d ...

Enhancing Sensitivity across Scales with Highly Sensitive Hall Effect‐Based Auxetic Tactile Sensors
Herein, a tactile sensor based on hall‐effect sensors with an auxetic structure, called Hall effect‐based auxetic tactile sensor (HEATS), is proposed. The change in magnetism resulting from the deformation of the auxetic structure is utilized for sensing.

Photocatalyzed Ring Expansion of α‐Ketosulfonylaziridines: Ready Access to δ‐Sultams
A novel radical–polar crossover (RPC) photoredox‐catalyzed reaction for the synthesis of δ‐sultams from N‐sulfonyl α‐ketoaziridines through a controlled ring opening–expansion process is presented. This method allows the easy access to sultams with an unprecedented substitution pattern in up to 85% yield and 2:1 d.r., and highlights the potential of ...

Quantum–chemical calculations were carried out to rationalize the Lewis acid structure dependence on the catalytic activity in the intramolecular Hosomi–Sakurai reaction of o–allylsilyl benzaldehyde to generate benzoxasilole. Abstract The reaction mechanism of the Lewis acid–catalyzed intramolecular Hosomi–Sakurai reaction of o–allylsilyl benzaldehyde ...

The chiral benzotrithiophene derivative 1 self‐assembles into helical supramolecular polymers whose helicity changes with water content. High water content induces a reversible double stereomutation, while low water content yields a single, stable one. Computational studies show two monomer conformations leading to opposite helices.

Plasmon‐Enhanced CO2 Methanation over Au@Ru/TiO2 via Nanoscale Control of Ru Shell Thickness
Au@Ru core–shell nanoparticles on TiO2 integrate active Ru sites with Au plasmonic excitation. At 190 °C, 545 nm light boosts CO2 methanation rates by 335% while preserving >99% CH4 selectivity. The catalyst outperforms Ru/C and remains stable for 85 h, underscoring nanoscale shell engineering for efficient light‐assisted thermocatalysis.
