A New DC-DC Double Zeta Quadratic Converter
2020 IEEE International Conference on Industrial Technology (ICIT), 2020This paper presents a study of a new dc-dc non-isolated high gain converter called Double Zeta Quadratic Converter. From a single basic switching cell of a family of quadratic converters, the topological states, the waveforms of voltage and current, and the output characteristic graph of the converter are presented in this paper.

Ultrahigh Step-Up Non-Isolated DC-DC Converter Based on Quadratic Converter without Coupled Inductor
2023 31st International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE), 2023This paper presents a novel ultrahigh voltage gain DC-DC converter, which consists of a quadratic boost converter and a multiplier cell. By employing this configuration, the voltage stress imposed on the majority of components is maintained below 0.25Vo,

A New Highly Step-Down Quadratic Converter
2023 22nd International Symposium on Power Electronics (Ee), 2023This paper introduces a hybrid step-down converter of quadratic nature which is derived from a quadratic Buck-Boost-type converter. The new topology is well suited for applications that require a higher step-down voltage difference between the input and ...

A quadratic buck converter with lossless commutation
IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2000High switching frequency associated with soft commutation techniques is a new trend in switching converters. Following this trend, the authors present a buck pulsewidth modulation converter, where the DC voltage conversion ratio has a quadratic dependence on duty cycle, providing a large step-down.

Properties and Applications of Quadratic Converters
2007 IEEE Canada Electrical Power Conference, 2007The properties and applications of power electronic converters with voltage conversion ratios that are quadratically dependent on the duty ratio are discussed in this paper. A novel, soft-switched, three-phase, single-switch quadratic buck converter is also proposed.

Modeling of a quadratic buck converter
The 8th Electrical Engineering/ Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI) Association of Thailand - Conference 2011, 2011A quadratic buck converter, whose voltage conversion ratio equals square of a duty cycle, has good potential in DC-DC converter applications where a large voltage step-down is required, such as in modern automobile. This paper presents dynamic modeling of a quadratic buck converter with the State-Space averaging (SSA) technique.

Quadratic Boost Converter with CLD Cell
International Journal Of Recent Trends In Multidisciplinary Research, 2023A dc-dc converter is essential for Solar PV system to step up the low voltage from Solar panel/array to required voltage. In Solar PV system, the dc-dc converter will be buck-boost or boost converter. Many new boost converters are derived nowadays. In these, one of the modern converters is quadratic boost converter.

A Quadratic Analog-to-Digital Converter
IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science, 1980In background noise limited instrumentation systems, an analog-to-digital converter with a square root transfer function will allow a maximum dynamic range with a fixed number of data bits. The converter described herein was developed to digitize the output from a CCD in a space environment where telemetry is limited. The goals of low power dissipation,
