Numerical treatments for solving nonlinear mixed integral equation
We consider a mixed type of nonlinear integral equation (MNLIE) of the second kind in the space C[0,T]×L2(Ω ...

Inverse Problems for the Quadratic Pencil of the Sturm-Liouville Equations with Impulse
In this study some inverse problems for a boundary value problem generated with a quadratic pencil of Sturm-Liouville equations with impulse on a finite interval are considered.

Convexity and quadratic monotone approximation in delay differential equations
In this paper the method of quasiliniarization, an application of Newton's method, recently generalized in [1], is used for the quadratic, monotonic, bilateral approximation of the solution of the delay problem (5).

We consider L-loop two-point tadpole (watermelon) integral with arbitrary masses, regularized both dimensionally and analytically. We derive differential equation system and recurrence relations (shifts of dimension and denominator powers).

The Symmetrical H_q-Semiclassical Orthogonal Polynomials of Class One
We investigate the quadratic decomposition and duality to classify symmetrical H_q-semiclassical orthogonal q-polynomials of class one where H_q is the Hahn's operator.

Stäackel-type Dynamic Model of the Galaxy Based on Maser Kinematic Data
A dynamic model of the Galaxy is constructed based on kinematic data for masers with trigonometric parallaxes. Maser data is used to compute the model potential in the Galactic plane.

SOLVABILITY OF NONLINEAR HAMMERSTEIN QUADRATIC INTEGRAL EQUATIONS
We are concerning with a nonlinear Hammerstein quadratic inte- gral equation. We prove the existence of at least one positive solution x 2 L1 under Carathµeodory condition. Secondly we will make a link between Peano condition and Carathµeodory condition to prove the existence of at least one positive continuous solution.

Solvability of a quadratic integral equation of Fredholm type in Holder spaces
In this article, we prove the existence of solutions of a quadratic integral equation of Fredholm type with a modified argument, in the space of functions satisfying a Holder condition. Our main tool is the classical Schauder fixed point theorem.

The mathematical formulation for a quadratic optimal control problem governed by a linear quasiparabolic integrodifferential equation is studied. The control constrains are given in an integral sense: Uad={u∈X;∫ΩUu⩾0, t∈[0,T]}.
