A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

THE REVIEW OF ALMOST PERIODIC SOLUTIONS TO A STOCHASTIC DIERENTIAL EQUATION [PDF]
This paper proves the existence and uniqueness of quadratic mean almost periodic mild so-lutions for a class of stochastic dierential equations in a real separable Hilbert space. Themain technique is based upon an appropriate composition theorem combined

This work studies the anisotropic behavior of circular notched tensile specimens of Ni‐base superalloy single crystals during high‐temperature tensile creep along [001], [110], and [111]. Correlative scale‐bridging imaging of specimens reveals early rupture along [110] because 1) plastic deformation proceeds faster at notch center; 2) more (brittle ...

Quadratic Displacement Maps for Heightmap Rendering
We present a higher-order representation of heightfields by constructing unbounding revolved parabolas about every texel of the height texture. These surfaces of revolution do not intersect the interior of the volume defined by the heightfield. We present a simple generation algorithm and show that these maps can be rendered by computing intersections ...

Design and Analysis of Compression–Torsion Coupling Metamaterials Using the Golden Section Method
A novel compression–torsion metamaterial is engineered using inclined rods and symmetry breaking. To optimize its torsional performance, the golden section method is employed. The mechanical response of the metamaterial is validated through both numerical analysis and experimental validation.

Liu-type pretest and shrinkage estimation for the conditional autoregressive model.
Spatial regression models have recently received a lot of attention in a variety of fields to address the spatial autocorrelation effect. One important class of spatial models is the Conditional Autoregressive (CA). Theses models have been widely used to

Invariant Measures for Typical Quadratic Maps
A sufficient geometrical condition for the existence of absolutely continuous invariant probability measures for S-unimodal maps will be discussed. The Lebesgue typical existence of such measures in the quadratic family will be a consequence.
