High‐Efficiency InGaP‐on‐Insulator Microresonator Nonlinear Conversion and Entanglement Generation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Sulfur treatment of InGaP‐on‐Insulator (InGaP‐OI) significantly reduces surface roughness, passivates surface states, and lowers propagation loss at visible wavelengths, enabling efficient nonlinear frequency conversion and photon‐pair generation.

LigHTS: Biomimetic Hydrogel Photo‐Fabrication for Imaging‐Based Ultra‐High‐Throughput Screening

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
LigHTS removes a key bottleneck for ultra‐high‐throughput screening (UHTS) by enabling biomimetic hydrogel microenvironments to be manufactured directly in standard multiwell plates. A single, collimated UV exposure with formulation‐tuned light penetration patterns an entire plate with UHTS‐grade uniformity (<20% CV), producing structured GelMA films ...

Optical Access to Dark Excitons Via Spin–Phonon Fano Interference

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dark excitons in quantum dots neither absorb nor emit light and stay hidden from optical spectroscopy. Quantum interference now reveals them: light scattered by acoustic phonons interferes with a phonon‐assisted spin flip between bright and dark exciton, carving a Fano dip into the spectrum whose position gives the bright–dark splitting. Magnetic field,

Hardware‐Native Gaussian Sampling With Probabilistic Ising Machines for Modern Communication Paradigms

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Probabilistic Ising machines are introduced as hardware‐native Gaussian samplers for edge communication workloads. Tunable variance and sampling density enable accurate distributions for Falcon‐class post‐quantum signatures and diffusion‐based semantic communication.

Physics‐Guided Multi‐Channel Restoration for Efficient and Accurate Atomic Force Microscopy Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic figure of restoring noisy atomic force micrscopy (AFM) image via physics‐guided multi‐channel restoration. The lighter neural network models with multiple‐channel input from auxiliary signals outperforms heavier model with single‐channel input.
