Integration of Reconfigurable p‐Bit and 1R Crossbar Array for Memristive Probabilistic Computing

Revealing the Giant Electromechanical Effects in Yttria‐Stabilized Zirconia Single Crystal
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Giant electromechanical responses are uncovered in yttria‐stabilized zirconia single crystal (SC‐YSZ), exhibiting pronounced orientation dependence.
