THE DISCRETE VORTEXES METHOD WITH THE IMPROVED QUADRATURE FORMULAE IN THE AEROELASTICITY PROBLEMS

open access: yesНаучный вестник МГТУ ГА, 2016
The possibility of the improved quadrature formulae of the discrete vortexes method used in the aeroelasticity problems is considered. Some of the calculation results confirm the efficiency of these formulae are carried out.

Sundman‐Like Transformations and the NRT Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We present a new generalization of the well‐known power‐type Sundman transformation, involving not only powers of the function but also of its derivative, along with its inverse. Our aim is to explore the use of such transformations in the derivation of solutions of ordinary differential equations and in the study of their properties.

Analytic and numeric analysis for deformation of non-prismatic beams resting on elastic foundations

open access: yesBeni-Suef University Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences, 2021
Background The buckling load as well as the natural frequency under axial load for non-prismatic beam is a changeling problem. Determination of buckling load, natural frequency, and elastic deflection is very important in civil applications.

Enhancing Reference Tracking in Induction Motor Drives: A Hybrid Model Predictive Control and Artificial Neural Network Approach

open access: yesInternational Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Induction motors (IMs) are widely used in industry for their robustness and cost‐effectiveness, yet their nonlinear and multivariable dynamics pose significant challenges for high‐performance speed control. Model Predictive Control (MPC) is a well‐established solution but suffers from limitations related to model accuracy and parameter ...

Digital Twin‐Based Optimization of Service Availability in LEO Mega Constellations Considering Handover Delays in Open RAN

open access: yesInternational Journal of Satellite Communications and Networking, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As non‐terrestrial networks (NTNs) become integral to future 6G systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and service continuity over low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellations is essential. This work investigates the impact of open radio access network (RAN) functional splits on handover performance in NTNs, focusing on minimizing service ...

Quadrature Formulas for the Wiener Measure

open access: yesJournal of Complexity, 1999
This paper is concerned with path integrals \(I_\infty (f) =\int _Cf(x) dw(x)\) with respect to the Wiener measure on \(C=C[0,1]\). The author presents a new method for the approximation of \(I_\infty (f)\) by means of a sequence \((A_s)_{s=1,2,\dots }\) of quadrature formulas with the error bound \[ \sup _{f\in {\mathcal F} }|I_\infty (f) -A_s(f) |

AI‐enabled bumpless transfer control strategy for legged robot with hybrid energy storage system

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView.
Abstract Designing Hybrid energy storage system (HESS) for a legged robot is significant to improve the motion performance and energy efficiency of the robot. However, switching between the driving mode and regenerative braking mode in the HESS may generate a torque bump, which has brought significant challenges to the stability of the robot locomotion.
