Zhongguo youzhi为了科学指导坚果选购和膳食合理搭配，以福建地区5个获全国农产品地理标志的花生品种（“赖坊”“衙口小琉球”“朱口小籽”“文亨红衣”“洋后”）为研究对象，以七大类营养素、必需脂肪酸、必需氨基酸和部分功能性营养因子共50种营养素为评价指标，依次计算花生仁中营养素的多样度、匹配度和平衡度。在此基础上，计算综合评价指标偏离指数，获得5种花生仁营养价值的综合排序。结果表明：5种花生仁营养素的多样度一致，均含有46种营养素，但匹配度差异较大，“洋后”“赖坊”“朱口小籽”“衙口小琉球”“文亨红衣”的匹配度分别为0 ...
