Quanta image sensors (QIS) for low-light high speed imaging
Imaging and Applied Optics 2017 (3D, AIO, COSI, IS, MATH, pcAOP), 2017 Recent progress on the Quanta Image Sensor (QIS) is reported. A 1Mjot QIS operating at 1040 fps with 0.22e- rms read noise has been deomstrated in a 2-layer stacked backside-illuminated 65nm/45nm CMOS image sensor process.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
