Protein aggregates threaten proteostasis and cell health. In human cells, Hsp70–J‐domain protein‐based disaggregases remove aggregates, but how they assemble remains unclear. Our biochemical findings show that DNAJA2‐ and DNAJB1‐containing disaggregase scaffolds enhance luciferase aggregate targeting, and that Hsp70 recruitment by both J‐domain ...

This paper investigates the behaviour of binary quantifiers in settings of incomplete information, i.e., in partial models. The framework to handle informational partiality that is presented in this paper is relevant for the behaviour of quantifiers in ...

Understanding quantifiers in language [PDF]
We compare time needed for understanding different types of quantifiers. We show that the computational distinction between quantifiers recognized by finite-automata and push-down automata is psychologically relevant.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Frozen accusative forms in Croatian
In this paper the author analyzes nouns which are used to determine measure (such as stotinu, tisuću, godinu, tjedan…). They usually come in a frozen form, formally accusative, although syntactic rules require another form.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Connectionist modeling of linguistic quantifiers
This paper presents a new connectionist model of the grounding of linguistic quantifiers in perception that takes into consideration the contextual factors affecting the use of vague quantifiers. A preliminary validation of the model is presented through

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Quantifiers in Russian Sign Language
After presenting some basic genetic, historical and typological information about Russian Sign Language, this chapter outlines the quantification patterns it expresses. It illustrates various semantic types of quantifiers, such as generalized existential,
