Four approaches to quantization of the relativistic particle [PDF]
The connection between four different approaches to quantization of the relativistic particle is studied: reduced phase space quantization, Dirac quantization, BRST quantization, and (BRST)-Fock quantization are each carried out. The connection to the BFV path integral in phase space is provided.

An optoelectronic memristor based on an ultrathin periodic heterostructure is proposed. The unique structure enables the integration of multiple functionalities, including those of a photodetector, electric synapse, and optical synapse. This work provides a framework to design ultrathin, multifunctional, and energy‐efficient neuromorphic chips for ...

Non-uniqueness of the natural and projectively equivariant quantization [PDF]
In [3], the authors showed the existence and the uniqueness of a sl(m+1,\R)-equivariant quantization in the non-critical situations. The curved generalization of the sl(m+1,\R)-equivariant quantization is the natural and projectively equivariant quantization. In [1] and [7], the existence of such a quantization was proved in two different ways. In this

Quantum Transport in SnTe Nanowire Devices
A variety of quantum transport experiments are observed in SnTe nanowire devices and attributed to microscopic differences in the fabrication. Three categories can be distinguished: semiconducting behavior, partial superconductivity and Fabry‐Pérot oscillations.

Quantization of a one-dimensional time-dependent periodic system with Hamiltonian and constants of motion approaches [PDF]
For a particle moving in a one-dimensional space an under a periodic external force, its quantization is study using the Hamiltonian (generalized linear momentum quantization) and constant of motion (velocity quantization) approaches. it is shown a great difference on the quantization of both approaches and the ambiguities arisen by using the ...

A generative AI system is developed for colorizing phase contrast images of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)‐derived cardiac organoids (COs) from bright‐field microscopic imaging using conditional generative adversarial networks (cGANs). By giving these phase contrast images with multichannel fluorescence colorization, this intelligence system ...

Implementation of a Biologically Inspired Responsive Joint Attention System for a Social Robot
This work introduces a responsive joint attention system in the social robot Mini, enabling dynamic, human‐like responses based on the user's head, body, and gaze. The system enhances user engagement and robot responsiveness. An experiment reveals significant improvements in social presence when the system is active, validating its effectiveness in ...
