Unrevealing the Carrier Dynamics Behavior of Cu–In–Zn–S‐Based Quantum Dot Light‐Emitting Diodes by Transient Electroluminescence Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, Volume 5, Issue 1, January 2026.
The carrier dynamics behavior of CIZS‐based QLEDs was studied. The results show that Cu‐states created a substantial hole injection barrier, making traditional HTL modifications ineffective. By engineering the ZnO ETL, the electron transport was reduced.

open access: yes, 2020

Recent Advances in Enhancing the Stability of CsPbI3 Perovskite Quantum Dots for Light‐Emitting Diodes

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT CsPbI3 quantum dots (QDs) have attracted considerable attention as promising candidates for light‐emitting diode (LED) applications. However, their intrinsic tendency to undergo a spontaneous phase transition to a nonperovskite structure significantly hampers their practical deployment. Considerable efforts have been devoted to stabilizing the
