This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Fixed-Point Grover Adaptive Search for Quadratic Binary Optimization Problems
In this article, we study a Grover-type method for quadratic unconstrained binary optimization (QUBO) problems. For an $n$-dimensional QUBO problem with $m$ nonzero terms, we construct a marker oracle for such problems with a tunable parameter, $\Lambda \

Quantum Robot: Structure, Algorithms and Applications
A kind of brand-new robot, quantum robot, is proposed through fusing quantum theory with robot technology. Quantum robot is essentially a complex quantum system and it is generally composed of three fundamental parts: MQCU (multi quantum computing units),

A universal quantum circuit design for periodical functions
We propose a universal quantum circuit design that can estimate any arbitrary one-dimensional periodic functions based on the corresponding Fourier expansion.

Quantum-Solving Algorithm for d’Alembert Solutions of the Wave Equation
When faced with a quantum-solving problem for partial differential equations, people usually transform such problems into Hamiltonian simulation problems or quantum-solving problems for linear equation systems.

Superlinear advantage for exact quantum algorithms [PDF]
A quantum algorithm is exact if, on any input data, it outputs the correct answer with certainty (probability 1). A key question is: how big is the advantage of exact quantum algorithms over their classical counterparts: deterministic algorithms.

This study investigates H4TBAPy‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) ‐ NU‐1000, NU‐901, SrTBAPy, and BaTBAPy ‐ for multiphoton absorption (MPA) performance. It observes topology‐dependent variations in the 2PA cross‐section, with BaTBAPy exhibiting the highest activity.

Grover Adaptive Search With Fewer Queries
In binary optimization problems, where the goal is to find the input $\boldsymbol {x}$ that minimizes a given objective function, Grover adaptive search (GAS) is a well-known quantum algorithm that provides quadratic speedup when compared with the ...
