Encoding Cumulation to Learn Perturbative Nonlinear Oscillatory Dynamics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 25, 4 May 2026.
Weak nonlinearities critically shape the long term behavior of oscillatory systems but are difficult to identify from data. A data‐driven framework is introduced to infer governing equations of weakly nonlinear oscillators from sparse and noisy observations.

Quantum chaos on edge

open access: yesPhysical Review Research
Recently, the physics of many-body quantum chaotic systems close to their ground states has come under intensified scrutiny. Such studies are motivated by the emergence of model systems exhibiting chaotic fluctuations throughout the entire spectrum [the Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) model being a renowned representative] as well as by the physics of ...

Nonlinear Active Site Dynamic Behavior Over In Situ Generated Working Zeolites

open access: yesChemie Ingenieur Technik, Volume 98, Issue 5, Page 224-234, May 2026.
The methoxymethyl mechanism over α, β, and γ site ensembles and the dynamic site‐interconversion mechanism reduce the induction period of propylene formation. The methoxymethyl mechanism acts on site ensemble α generating surface methoxy species (SMS), which, through the dynamic site‐interconversion mechanism, lead to SMS on site ensembles β and γ that

Diagnosing Chaos with Projected Ensembles of Process Tensors

open access: yesPRX Quantum
The process tensor provides a general representation of a quantum system evolving under repeated interventions and is fundamental for numerical simulations of local many-body dynamics.

Operational Metric for Quantum Chaos and the Corresponding Spatiotemporal-Entanglement Structure

open access: yesPRX Quantum
Chaotic systems are highly sensitive to a small perturbation and are ubiquitous throughout the biological sciences, the physical sciences, and even the social sciences.

Diffraction induced quantum chaos in a one-dimensional Bose gas

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics
We investigate the Lieb–Liniger (LL) model of interacting one-dimensional bosons coupled to a localized impurity, modeled by a delta barrier. While the LL gas is integrable, the impurity breaks integrability and induces a transition towards quantum chaos.

Thermal chaos of quantum-corrected-AdS black hole in the extended phase space

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
We briefly analyzed the equation of state and critical points of the quantum-corrected-AdS black hole and used the Melnikov method to study its thermal chaotic behavior in the extended phase space of flat, closed, and open universes.

Simulating quantum chaos without chaos

open access: yes
Quantum chaos is a quantum many-body phenomenon that is associated with a number of intricate properties, such as level repulsion in energy spectra or distinct scalings of out-of-time ordered correlation functions. In this work, we introduce a novel class of "pseudochaotic" quantum Hamiltonians that fundamentally challenges the conventional ...
