Symmetry enriched U(1) quantum spin liquids [PDF]
We classify and characterize three dimensional $U(1)$ quantum spin liquids (deconfined $U(1)$ gauge theories) with global symmetries. These spin liquids have an emergent gapless photon and emergent electric/magnetic excitations (which we assume are ...

Two End-to-End Quantum-Inspired Deep Neural Networks for Text Classification
In linguistics, the uncertainty of context due to polysemy is widespread, which attracts much attention. Quantum-inspired complex word embedding based on Hilbert space plays an important role in natural language processing (NLP), which fully leverages ...

A lack of standard approaches for testing and reporting the performance of metal halide perovskites and organic semiconductor radiation detectors has resulted in inconsistent interpretation of performance parameters, impeding progress in the field. This Perspective recommends key metrics and experimental details, which are suggested for reporting in ...

Quantum Computing Meets Deep Learning: A Promising Approach for Diabetic Retinopathy Classification
Diabetic retinopathy seems to be the cause of micro-vascular retinal alterations. It remains a leading reason for blindness and vision loss in adults around the age of 20 to 74.

Cuntz semigroups of compact-type Hopf C*-algebras
The classical Cuntz semigroup has an important role in the study of C*-algebras, being one of the main invariants used to classify recalcitrant C*-algebras up to isomorphism.

Classification of Quantum Groups via Galois Cohomology [PDF]
The first example of a quantum group was introduced by P.~Kulish and N.~Reshetikhin. In their paper "Quantum linear problem for the sine-Gordon equation and higher representations" published in Zap. Nauchn. Sem. LOMI, 1981, Volume 101 (English version: Journal of Soviet Mathematics, 1983, 23:4), they found a new algebra which was later called $U_q (sl ...

This study presents novel anti‐counterfeiting tags with multilevel security features that utilize additional disguise features. They combine luminescent nanosized Ln‐MOFs with conductive polymers to multifunctional mixed‐matrix membranes and powder composites. The materials exhibit visible/NIR emission and matrix‐based conductivity even as black bodies.
