Point-form quantum field theory
We examine canonical quantization of relativistic field theories on the forward hyperboloid, a Lorentz-invariant surface of the form $x_\mu x^\mu = \tau^2$.

KAM Theorem and Quantum Field Theory [PDF]
We give a new proof of the KAM theorem for analytic Hamiltonians. The proof is inspired by a quantum field theory formulation of the problem and is based on a renormalization group argument treating the small denominators inductively scale by scale.

This study uncovers a new switching mechanism in HfO2 and ZrO2, where the absence of a non‐polar layer along the a‐direction induces interaction between polar layers. Consequently, the switching barriers for growth are lower than those for nucleation in this direction, leading to a size‐dependent coercive field that matches experimental observations ...

Electron-nuclear decoupling at a spin clock transition
Magnetic molecules have chemically tunable electronic states that could be used for quantum technologies, but they are often surrounded by a nuclear spin bath causing decoherence. In this study, the authors experimentally investigate the electron-nuclear

Quantum Emitters in Hexagonal Boron Nitride: Principles, Engineering and Applications
Quantum emitters in hexagonal boron nitride have emerged as a promising candidate for quantum information science. This review examines the fundamentals of these quantum emitters, including their level structures, defect engineering, and their possible chemical structures.

Effective dynamics of quantum fluctuations in field theory: with applications to cosmology
We develop a novel framework for describing quantum fluctuations in field theory, with a focus on cosmological applications. Our method uniquely circumvents the use of operator/Hilbert-space formalism, instead relying on a systematic treatment of ...

Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model in a parallel electromagnetic field
We explore the features of the UA(1) and chiral symmetry breaking of the Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model without the Kobayashi–Maskawa–'t Hooft determinant term in the presence of a parallel electromagnetic field. We show that the electromagnetic chiral anomaly

T T ¯ $$ T\overline{T} $$ -deformation and long range spin chains
We point out that two classes of deformations of integrable models, developed completely independently, have deep connections and share the same algebraic origin. One class includes the T T ¯ $$ T\overline{T} $$ -deformation of 1+1 dimensional integrable

Jets and quantum field theory [PDF]
We discuss quantum-field-theoretic interpretation of the family of observables (the so-called C-algebra) introduced in [ F.V.Tkachov: Preprint FERMILAB-PUB-95/191-T] for a systematic description of multijet structure of multiparticle final states at high energies.
