QCD EVOLUTION OF NAIVE-TIME-REVERSAL-ODD QUARK-GLUON CORRELATION FUNCTIONS [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Modern Physics: Conference Series, 2012
In this talk, we examine the existing calculations of QCD evolution kernels for the scale dependence of two sets of twist-3 quark-gluon correlation functions, Tq,F(x, x) and [Formula: see text], which are the first transverse-momentum-moment of the naive-time-reversal-odd Sivers and Boer-Mulders function, respectively.

Experiment Highlights on Chiral Magnetic Effects, Spin Polarization, and Spin Alignment [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences
High-energy heavy-ion collisions produce quark-gluon matter in strong rotation and immersed in short-lived, intense magnetic fields. These unique conditions enable studies of novel quantum chromodynamics phenomena, including chiral magnetic effects ...

A search for flavour changing neutral currents in top-quark decays in pp collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at s√=7TeV [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
A search for flavour changing neutral current (FCNC) processes in top-quark decays by the ATLAS Collaboration is presented. Data collected from pp collisions at the LHC at a centre-of-mass energy of s√=7TeV during 2011, corresponding to an integrated ...

Polarized double-virtual amplitudes for heavy-quark pair production

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
We present the two-loop virtual amplitudes for heavy-quark pair production in light quark-antiquark annihilation and gluon fusion channels, including full spin and color dependence. We use expansions around kinematical limits and numerical integration to

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Swampland: The Cosmologist's Handbook to the String‐Theoretical Swampland Programme

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 74, Issue 4, April 2026.
Abstract String theory has strong implications for cosmology, implying the absence of a cosmological constant, ruling out single‐field slow‐roll inflation, and that black holes decay. The origins of these statements are elucidated within the string‐theoretical swampland programme.

High-energy dileptons from an anisotropic quark-gluon plasma [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
We calculate leading-order dilepton yields from a quark-gluon plasma which has a time-dependent anisotropy in momentum space. Such anisotropies can arise during the earliest stages of quark-gluon plasma evolution due to the rapid longitudinal expansion ...

Review of Anisotropic Flow Correlations in Ultrarelativistic Heavy-Ion Collisions

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, 2016
Anisotropic flow phenomena are a key probe of the existence of Quark-Gluon Plasma. Several new observables associated with correlations between anisotropic flow harmonics are developed, which are expected to be sensitive to the initial fluctuations and ...

Approximate Mass Spectra of the Heavy Mesons Under a Coulomb Plus Logarithmic Spin‐Dependent Potential Function

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
In this paper, we presented an approximate analytical treatment of the Coulomb plus logarithmic potential using time‐independent perturbation theory to investigate the mass spectra of bottomonium and charmonium mesons for the low‐order quantum states.
