Discrimination of Truffles and Truffle Oils by a Metal–Organic‐Framework‐Based Electronic Nose

A portable electronic nose based on MOF‐coated QCM sensors enables rapid authentication of truffles and truffle‐derived oils. Characteristic response patterns distinguish fresh truffle species, homemade and commercial oils, and samples adulterated with dimethyl sulfide.
