Low‐frequency noise spectroscopy defines the resolvable conductance states of synaptic FeFETs by coupling read‐current fluctuation with usable dynamic range. The resulting noise‐limited bit precision establishes a universal, device‐agnostic reliability metric beyond the memory window, enabling quantitative benchmarking and rational design of high ...

On Fully (m,n)-stable modules relative to an ideal A of
Let R be a commutative ring with non-zero identity element. For two fixed positive integers m and n. A right R-module M is called fully (m,n) -stable relative to ideal A of , if for each n-generated submodule of Mm and R-homomorphism .

Contrary to conventional expectations, the bulk photovoltaic effect in CuCrP2S6 is enhanced rather than suppressed upon transitioning into the crystallographically centrosymmetric phase. Dynamic Cu‐ion disorder creates transient polar states, which substantially amplifies zero‐bias photocurrent (shift‐current) generation, establishing dynamic symmetry ...

A gas‐fed, zero‐gap, PEM CO2 electrolyzer is realized by incorporating PDDA+ ions onto the carbonaceous Co/N‐C electrocatalyst, with gaseous H2 and CO2 fed into the anode and cathode, respectively. Operating without an aqueous electrolyte, the system sustains a peak FECO of 65.1% at 100 mA cm−2. ABSTRACT Electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction (ECO2R)

Injective modules over commutative noetherian rings [PDF]
This thesis examines the structure of injective modules over commutative noetherian rings. The author shows that any injective module over a commutative noetherian ring can be written as a direct sum of indecomposable injective modules, where each ...

Energetic Offset in Organic Solar Cells‐ Importance, Confusion and Outlook
Energetic offsets in organic solar cells (OSCs) remain a subject of debate due to measurement‐ and lab‐dependent discrepancies. This Perspective clarifies the physical origins of these variations and identifies temperature‐dependent electro‐optical methods as a reliable approach to obtain consistent offset values.

On rings with quasi-injective cyclic modules [PDF]
A ring R is called a qc-ring if each cyclic R-module is quasi-injective. For various properties of these rings we refer to Ahsan (1) and Koehler (15). In this paper we shall obtain some additional results related to qc-rings. The scheme of the paper is as follows. Section 2 contains various preliminary definitions and results.
